Rather than purchasing software to install, or additional hardware to support it, customers subscribe to LearLabs SaaS products. We offer a simple, scalable, cost-effective pay-as-you-go model, and always on a monthly basis.  Transitioning costs to a recurring operating expense often allow businesses to exercise better and more predictable budgeting. And remember, with LearLabs you can always terminate our products at any time to stop those recurring costs; just another great benefit of using SaaS business tools!

What is Software as a Service?


Software as a service (SaaS) is a software distribution model in which a third-party provider hosts applications and makes them available to customers over the Internet. SaaS removes the need for organizations to install and run applications on their own computers or in their own data centers. This eliminates the expense of hardware acquisition, provisioning and maintenance, as well as software licensing, installation and support. 

LearLabs is more than just software.

We like to be a little different. LearLabs products are high scalability, which gives our customers the option to access more, or fewer, services or features on-demand. Rather than purchasing new software, LearLabs automatically performs updates and system fixes; this further reduces the burden on in-house IT staff. Since LearLabs applications are delivered over the Internet, users can access them from any Internet-enabled device and location at any time.

What is a "system" and "user"?

As we mentioned before, we're a little different.  Due to the unique nature of lead capture, we break things out into a system hierarchy.  Think of it this way: You as the account "manager" use a system called "Account Admin".  Your account has sub "systems", think of these as individual stores, sales teams, or departments. Next, to capture your leads, the "users" are relatable to sales team members, or those folks that are capturing the actual leads.  Best part, you have access and controls to manage and see it all!
